The model we have at Joint Motion Healthcare is built on genuinely placing patients’ needs at the forefront of what we do. In order to achieve this, we work alongside our GP and Physiotherapy colleagues.
We aim to develop lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with Health Care Professionals, providing a secure and reliable group of orthopaedic consultants who they can refer patients to with confidence. We ensure there is always someone at the end of the phone during surgery hours, offering whatever advice is needed. Our weekly Joint Motion Consultant meeting allows for every post-operative xray to be reviewed achieving unparalled levels of clinical governance.
For some complex clinical scenarios, we are able to discuss specific cases in our governance meeting. This allows for canvassing of professional opinion and where required dual consultant surgeon operating.
Each of our consultants is dedicated to evidence based practice and continuing professional development (CPD), with the express aim of enhancing the quality of care our medical team is able to offer. We put trust and transparency at the heart of what we do, taking responsibility for each patient’s entire journey and treating them with dignity and respect.
We are all employed at renowned Leeds Teaching Hospitals and are all fellowship trainers. We establish on-going relationships with GPs and Physios, so we can continually develop our communication and trust. We offer secure, consistent consultation with unparalleled clinical governance, placing your patients on the fast track to recovery and leaving no issues unresolved.
